For Randridge, safety is more than a policy manual, it is how we do business.  Our safety culture is built around caring – a culture in which safety, health and welfare are top priorities and in which we’re all responsible for looking out for one another.

As an employer, we have the ultimate responsibility for the workplace and a direct influence on health and safety in our business. Our health and safety policy outlines our commitment to ensuring that the workplace is safe and healthy; and that health and safety legislation is complied with to industry’s best standards. We are certified to VCA-P safety standards.

Randridge Quality Management System

Randridge have developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) to better satisfy the needs of our customers and to continually improve our management systems. We don’t see quality as a onetime activity, but as a continuous process. Quality is not the result of the efforts of one single person, it is the combined effort of the entire workforce both management and project personnel. As Aristotle said “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit”. The QMS complies with the international ISO 9001:2015 standard and is certified to this standard.
